Candidates are assigned a Status Indicator to help you understand their current availability and potential for becoming a hire.

Here are the Status Codes we use at Justa Executive Resources and their Definitions:

· Meets your qualifications.

· Meets your salary requirements.

· Is interested in the opportunity with your company.

· Is waiting to hear from you*.

FYI:

You will receive a profile/detailed information for each FYI, so that you may contact them immediately.

 

· Close to qualifications and/or someone you should know about.

· Is interested in the opportunity with your company.

· Is interested in speaking to you further*.

CALL BACK REQUESTED:

You will receive as much detailed information as can be generated from these individuals in order to contact them for further discussion.

 

· Meets the specifications and salary range.

· Individual may or may not have full disclosure of your company’s name.

· Requests to speak with the Client directly before disclosing all information*.

FUTURE INTEREST:

 

 

· Unable to pursue because of current situation.

· Meets your qualifications and salary requirements.

· Is interested in hearing about future opportunities with your company*.

POSSIBLE INTEREST:

 

 

· Meets the specifications and salary range.

· Expressed initial interest in the opportunity.

· Unable to be re-qualified during the project time frame.

· May be looking for more information*.

COULD NOT REACH:

 

 

· Multiple attempts are made to reach the individual, but we were unable to reach them during the project time frame.

DOES NOT MEET CLIENT'S SPECIFICATIONS:

 

 

· Individual does not meet your minimum criteria.

· Or may not fit within your compensation recruitment range.

NOT INTERESTED:

 

 

· Individual may meet your qualifications, but is not interested in pursing the opportunity at this time.
